Intellectual Property Rights

The TrueHood App is owned and operated by True Factor Applications & Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (“We”/ “we”/ “us” / “our”/ “Company”). We reserve all intellectual property rights in the TrueHood App (and its constituent applications), including in any enhancements, customizations, modifications and derivative works developed by us from time to time. We have necessary rights to use the name and/or logo owned by or licensed to us in publicity material, advertising or marketing collateral, unless specifically stated otherwise herein.

Types of Information

We gather two types of information about users:

Non-personally identifiable information (information that does not identify a specific individual):

We use mobile analytics software to allow us to better understand the functionality of TrueHood App on your phone. The TrueHood App may record information such as how often you use the application, events that occur within the application, aggregate usage, performance data, and where the application was downloaded from. We do not link the information we store within the analytics software to any personally identifiable information you submit; for example, we can and do link information related to how you use the application, where the application was downloaded from, and from which device and location, and tie that information to personally identifiable information in order to serve your business requirements. On mobile applications, we may send push notifications to your device.

Personally identifiable information:

“Personal Information” is information that directly identifies or reasonably can be used to identify an individual user of this portal, web app, app or any other technical devices (collectively the “TrueHood App ”). Examples include, but not limited to name, telephone number, house Number, house location, blood group and user profile picture.

The User stores information about himself/herself under his/her User Profile. Information provided is available to the User and the Administrative Users belonging to the same resident association as the user.

Tracking Technologies

“Cookies” are small pieces of information that an application sends to your device or network while you are viewing TrueHood App. Like many websites, we use “cookie” technology to collect additional usage data and to improve TrueHood App. Cookies can enhance your online experience by automatically saving your preferences. We use cookies because they help us to improve your online experience. The information we collect through the use of cookies on TrueHood App allows us to know when and for how long you used TrueHood App. If you object to the use of cookies for any reason, you may opt-out.

Log files

TrueHood App web servers may automatically log aggregate information, such as a user's IP address, domain name, browser type, date and time of access, and other log file data.

Collection, Use and Disclosure of Information

Collection of Information

The TrueHood App gather your primary information from the member directory provided by your resident association. In order to ensure that the User gets maximum benefits from the App, we may request you to provide additional information when you use the application. In general, we collect and use your information to provide the Services to you.

Information provided by you: We collect information that you submit in the process of creating or editing your user profile on TrueHood App. For example, our registration and login process requires you to provide us with a valid phone number. Additionally, we collect any information that you voluntarily enter, including Personal Information, into any postings, comments or forums within the Services.

Third-party service providers: TrueHood App do transmit your information to third parties who provide services for TrueHood App to constitute as a platform. However, we do not transmit your information to third parties for advertising purposes without your prior consent.

Use of Information

In general, Personal Information and other information you submit or share with us is used for the following purposes: to enable your access to TrueHood App; to use services of the TrueHood App, to provide, maintain, protect, develop and improve TrueHood App; to customize the content you receive from us and our trusted partners; and to communicate with you.

We do not disclose your private Personal Information except in the limited circumstances described below:

Our Policy Towards Minors

"Minors" are individuals under the age of majority in their place of residence as per the applicable laws. Our services are not intended for and may not be used by Minors. We do not knowingly collect information from Minors. To use TrueHood App, you must be the age of legal majority in your place of residence. By using TrueHood App, you hereby represent that you are at least the age of legal majority in your place of residence and as per applicable laws. All information provided to us will be treated as if it was provided by an adult.

Changes To This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is subject to occasional revision at our discretion. If we make any substantial changes in the way we use your Personal Information, we will post an alert on TrueHood App homepage or send an email, at our discretion. If you object to any such changes, you must cease using the TrueHood App. Continued use of TrueHood App following notice of any such changes shall indicate your acknowledgment of such changes and agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions of such changes.

Governing Law

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by, and will be construed under, the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to choice of law principles. Those who choose to access the application from locations outside the India do so on their own initiative, and are responsible for compliance with local laws if and to the extent local laws are applicable. We may limit TrueHood App’s availability, in whole or in part, concerning any person, geographic area or jurisdiction, at any time in its sole discretion.
